Each Good Done Great solution has three cost components:
1. Application Hosting. The solution is hosted on the QuickBase platform. This pricing is determined by Intuit and you can see details on the QuickBase Pricing Page. Plans start at $299 per month for 10 users.
- Check with us, as Intuit occasionally offers discounted pricing through its partners and we can pass those on to you.
- Once you establish your account with QuickBase, adding additional applications can usually be done at minimal, or even no additional hosting costs.
2. Application License. Each solution has a one time license cost of $3,000 which includes licenses for 10 users. Additional users are $240 each.

3. Professional Services. Our professional services provide the last step to get your solution working perfectly for you. The scope of professional services are determined once we’ve talked about your workflows and the specifics of how the solution needs to work for you. We work on a time and materials basis, and our hourly blended rate is $125.
We highly recommend taking advantage of our expertise, however we know that some nonprofits have in-house database administrators that may want to do the configuration themselves. If that’s your situation, we will be happy to get you started and point you in the right direction, or assist in any capacity that you feel appropriate. We never require clients to use our professional services.
